The Center for Empowerment and Eldery Care, Ehsan, celebrated the traditional folk night of Garangao, with the aim of reviving this popular occasion and encouraging effective communication among the employees. Despite it being an old traditional ritual, the Qataris and the people in other gulf countries are still committed to reviving it. With the development of time, the celebration took on a more modern spirit, and it became a habit that government and private institutions are keen to revive. On this occasion, the center held a simple ceremony during which Garangao goody bags were distributed to the staff and employees of the center. The officials in charge of the event welcomed them with sweets and nuts. Souvenir photos were taken and beautiful heritage songs related to this ceremony were performed.
